Sinclair Broadcast Group<\/a> says it will not bring Jimmy Kimmel Live!<\/a> back to its ABC stations on Tuesday, even though Disney is putting the late-night show back on the air.<\/p>\n

On Monday, the company announced on X that it will replace Kimmel\u2019s program with news content for now. \u201cBeginning Tuesday night, Sinclair will be preempting \u2018Jimmy Kimmel Live!<\/a>\u2019 across our ABC affiliate stations and replacing it with news programming. Discussions with ABC are ongoing as we evaluate the show\u2019s potential return,\u201d the post said.<\/p>\n
