Sherri Shepherd<\/strong><\/a> wants a Dancing With the Stars<\/em><\/a> do-over!<\/p>\n The talk show host, 58, gushed about her time on the 14th season of ABC\u2019s dancing competition, though she feels it was cut short.<\/p>\n During an appearance on the Monday, September 22, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em><\/a>, Shepherd was asked if she thought she was \u201cunfairly eliminated\u201d in Week 4 of the competition back in 2012.<\/p>\n \u201cI think I was unfairly eliminated. I got eliminated during the tango, and I love salsa, bachata and tango,\u201d she responded<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI got to the fourth week, and I was eliminated,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Shepherd said she\u2019d love to go back on DWTS<\/em>, which is now in its 34th season<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI really want them \u2026 if they have a fan favorite [season], I would love to go back to Dancing With the Stars<\/em>. I loved it. It was the best experience of my life,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cBut I loved being on the show because it\u2019s such a family. I keep in touch with everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n Shepherd was paired up with professional dancer Val Chmerkovskiy<\/strong><\/a> on DWTS<\/em> season 12, which was won by former NFL wide receiver Donald Driver<\/strong> and Chmerkovskiy\u2019s sister-in-law, Peta Murgatroyd<\/strong>. Classical singer Katherine Jenkins<\/strong> came second with dance partner Mark Ballas<\/strong>. Other notable contestants that season included Gladys Knight<\/strong>, Maria Menouno<\/strong>s and Jaleel White<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Host Andy Cohen j<\/strong>okingly asked Shepherd if she had an \u201caffair\u201d with her dance partner, to which Shepherd admitted to having the hots for Chmerkovskiy, 39.<\/p>\n \u201cI was married at the time. Val Chmerkovskiy was my partner. But believe you me, if I was single, I would have been a cougar with [him],\u201d she quipped.<\/p>\n Shepherd was first married to Jeff Tarpley<\/strong> from 2001 to 2010 and later to Lamar Sally<\/strong> from 2011 to 2014<\/a>. (She has two children, a son with each of her exes.)<\/p>\n
