Noah Cyrus<\/a> is heading back down under this November for a run of headline shows, celebrating her new album, I WANT MY LOVED ONES TO GO WITH ME<\/em>.<\/p>\n The East Coast run kicks off on Thursday, 20th November at Melbourne\u2019s Palais Theatre, before stopping at Sydney\u2019s Roundhouse on Sunday, 23rd and Brisbane\u2019s Fortitude Music Hall on Monday, 24th. Cyrus will also appear on the lineup for Kiama\u2019s Changing Tides Festival <\/a>on Saturday 22nd November.<\/p>\n Rooted in Americana, indie folk and country, I WANT MY LOVED ONES TO GO WITH ME<\/em> is a moody, reflective record that blends pedal steel, banjo, mandolin, cello and acoustic guitar with Noah\u2019s smoky voice. It\u2019s also steeped in family history \u2013 from \u2018Apple Tree\u2019, which features a hymn recited by her late grandfather Ron, to \u2018With You\u2019, the first song her dad Billy Ray Cyrus ever wrote. The album also ropes in collabs with Robin Pecknold (Fleet Foxes), Blake Shelton, and Ella Langley.<\/p>\n Speaking about the record, Noah explains: \u201cI want this album to offer fans a sense of comforting, peaceful nostalgia. We all want to connect with our past while also being aware of the present moment. Music does that for me, and this collection of songs was made with that in mind.\u201d<\/p>\n Known for transforming her raw, intimate songs into an electric live experience, Noah has played Coachella, Stagecoach and OUTLOUD, supported Justin Bieber, and toured extensively across the globe.
