I am dating somebody for the past year to a little over a year, maybe like 14, 15 months,\u201d Kate shared. \u201cI am super, super happy. It\u2019s somebody that I\u2019ve known for a really long time and I am very, very happy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While remaining tight-lipped about her boyfriend\u2019s identity, Gosselin shared that he prefers to be out of the public eye.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe doesn\u2019t really want to be on TikToks.
