Here’s what to know and how to watch.<\/p>\n A company called Sinclair<\/a> which operates more than 35 ABC affiliates across the United States said it would replace Kimmel’s show with news programming. Nexstar Media Group<\/a> has followed in the same vein and will also preempt the late night show.<\/p>\n The two companies make up about 25% of ABC’s national household reach.<\/p>\n “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” was suspended indefinately on Sept. 17 after criticism of Kimmel’s comments about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.<\/p>\n Disney, which owns ABC, said in a statement on Monday: \u201cLast Wednesday, we made the decision to suspend production on the show to avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment for our country.
