\n\tVariety has announced its 10 Actors to Watch<\/a> for 2025, a franchise launched in 1998. The list has included more than 35 Academy Award winners and nominees, including Mahershala Ali, Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet and Brie Larson. This year\u2019s roster spotlights up-and-coming and breakthrough actors, many of whom appear in awards season films this year, including \u201cOne Battle After Another,\u201d \u201cSinners\u201d and \u201cSentimental Value.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHonorees will be profiled in the Oct. 8 issue of Variety and celebrated at a brunch on Oct. 19 at the Newport Beach Film Festival Honors presented by Visit Newport Beach. \u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to once again partner with Variety to showcase this year\u2019s 10 Actors to Watch at the Newport Beach Film Festival Honors Brunch,\u201d said Gregg Schwenk, CEO and co-founder of the festival. \u201cEach of these rising stars brings a unique voice and energy to the screen. \n\tMilly Alcock<\/a><\/strong>
The star of the Netflix hit \u201cSirens\u201d will take on the title role in the DC Universe\u2019s \u201cSupergirl,\u201d coming in 2026.<\/p>\n

\n\tElla Anderson<\/strong>
Anderson will be seen later this year in \u201cSong Song Blue\u201d opposite Kate Hudson and Hugh Jackman. <\/p>\n

\n\tMiles Caton<\/strong>
The actor\/musician broke through with his first film role as Sammie in Ryan Coogler\u2019s hit \u201cSinners.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tEdmund Donovan<\/strong>
Donovan won a Drama Desk and Obie Award for his work in \u201cGreater Clements\u201d on stage and stars opposite Willem Dafoe in the upcoming film \u201cLate Fame.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tChase Infiniti<\/a><\/strong>
After making her TV debut in \u201cPresumed Innocent,\u201d Infiniti moved to Paul Thomas Anderson\u2019s \u201cOne Battle After Another,\u201d opposite Leonardo DiCaprio and Sean Penn, in her film debut.<\/p>\n

\n\tInga Ibsdotter Lilleaas<\/strong>
The Norwegian actor is earning raves for her performance as the level-headed sister in Joachim Trier\u2019s \u201cSentimental Value.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tJay Lycurgo<\/strong>
The British thespian stars opposite Cillian Murphy in \u201cSteve\u201d and will reteam with the Oscar-winner for the upcoming \u201cPeaky Blinders\u201d film \u201cThe Immortal Man.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tGuillaume Marbeck<\/strong>
The French actor makes his film debut playing Jean Luc-Godard in Richard Linklater\u2019s \u201cNouvelle Vague.\u201d<\/p>\n
