Sherri Shepherd<\/strong><\/a> wants a Dancing With the Stars<\/a> do-over.<\/p>\n The talk show host, 58, gushed about her time on the 14th season of ABC\u2019s dancing competition, though she feels it was cut short.<\/p>\n During an appearance on the Monday, September 22, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/a>, Shepherd was asked if she thought she was \u201cunfairly eliminated\u201d from the competition back in 2012.<\/p>\n \u201cI think I was unfairly eliminated. I got eliminated during the tango, and I love salsa, bachata and tango,\u201d she responded<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI got to the fourth week, and I was eliminated,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Biggest \u2018Dancing With the Stars\u2019 Controversies Through the Years<\/a><\/p>\n Shepherd said she\u2019d love to go back on DWTS, which is now in its 34th season<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI really want them \u2026 if they have a fan-favorite [season], I would love to go back to Dancing With the Stars. I loved it. It was the best experience of my life,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cBut I loved being on the show because it\u2019s such a family. I keep in touch with everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n Shepherd was paired up with professional dancer Val Chmerkovskiy<\/strong> on DWTS season 12, which was won by former NFL wide receiver Donald Driver<\/strong> and Chmerkovskiy\u2019s sister-in-law, Peta Murgatroyd<\/strong>. Classical singer Katherine Jenkins<\/strong> came second with dance partner Mark Ballas<\/strong>. Val Chmerkovskiy was my partner. But believe you me, if I was single, I would have been a cougar with [him],\u201d she quipped.<\/p>\n Shepherd was first married to Jeff Tarpley<\/strong> from 2001 to 2010 and later to Lamar Sally<\/strong> from 2011 to 2014<\/a>. (She has two children, a son with each of her exes.)<\/p>\n Chmerkovskiy, meanwhile, is married to fellow DWTS pro Jenna Johnson<\/strong>. Johnson won season 33 with Joey Graziadei<\/strong><\/a> and is paired up with Corey Feldman<\/strong> on the current season<\/a>.<\/p>\n
