Jennifer Aniston<\/strong> likes to indulge from time to time.<\/p>\n

In an interview with People<\/a><\/em> published Tuesday, September 23, the Friends<\/em> alum, 56, revealed that \u201cmaking some sort of comfort food like pizza nights, burgers or Mexican food,\u201d serves as a way to cheer her up.<\/p>\n

The Morning Show<\/em> star also told the outlet, \u201chaving a group of friends over is always an instant pick-me-up,\u201d as well as dining with them.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll go to my favorite restaurant with some girlfriends, have a martini, and some delicious meal,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Aniston released a children\u2019s cookbook titled Cooking With Clydeo<\/em> \u2014 named after her dog Clyde<\/strong> \u2014 filled with 35 recipes.<\/p>\n

Aniston revealed that her \u201cpersonal favorite\u201d dish from the cookbook is her enchilada bites.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s guilt-free, because they\u2019re just little bites,\u201d she explained. \u201cYou can stretch it into two bites, but definitely, definitely yummy, yummy, yummy.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, the Golden Globe award winner\u2019s day-to-day diet looks a little different than greasy carbohydrates. In February 2024, Aniston broke down what a typical day of eating looks like for her on a weekday.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst I start off with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in water, room temperature water, which is fantastic for my gut,\u201d she told Women\u2019s Health<\/a><\/em>. \u201cI\u2019ll usually have lunch around one or two, and it\u2019s usually some form of vegetables and a protein.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for a snack, Aniston told the outlet she likes \u201can apple and almond butter, or popcorn.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDinner is just same thing, vegetables and protein, in some form that\u2019s interesting and delicious,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

When it comes to the weekend, Anisotn noted, \u201cI\u2019ll allow myself pizza or a burger or pasta or something extra special.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
