Julianne Hough showed off her toned physique<\/a> during her quick getaway to Barbados.\u00a0<\/p>\n

During her week-long break from hosting Dancing with the Stars<\/a>, the 37-year-old host soaked up the sun in the Caribbean.<\/p>\n

While sitting poolside, she took to Instagram<\/a> with a montage of photos from the trip<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Within the carousel, Julianne was seen showing off her toned abs and hourglass figure in a mirror picture, where she sported a tiny yellow bikini.<\/p>\n

The tiny swimsuit seemed to be her wardrobe for the majority of the trip, as she posted more photos in it on the beach and cliff jumping.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She captioned the photo, \u201cA fun moment of pause to explore, surf, and soak in time with friends. Until next time, Barbados.\u201d<\/p>\n

Julianne added, \u201cAlso check out the one and a \u201cflop\u201d off the cliff.\u201d<\/p>\n

Julianne\u2019s post was much more lighthearted than the one before that. The day before, she revealed her rise to fame wasn\u2019t as easy as it seemed.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was like, okay, I\u2019ll do it,\u201d she said. \u201cI ended up doing the show and won my first two seasons back to back. It was like a ripple effect. I felt like the stars were aligned.\u201d<\/p>\n

The next few years, her career skyrocketed with music and movie deals. Despite finding the success she wanted in front of the camera, she found hardships behind the scenes.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy dogs were killed by coyotes. My marriage<\/a> started unraveling, but my career, my friend group, everything that I had known really started taking a different shape,\u201d Julianne explained.<\/p>\n

To get through the rough period in her life, she \u201cpoured my energy into things that brought me joy,\u201d like self-care and friendships.<\/p>\n

Julianne admitted it \u201cwas a process\u201d but she is glad it had taught her \u201cyou can\u2019t rush feeling.\u201d<\/p>\n
