Online<\/a><\/p>\n Carrie Ann Inaba<\/strong><\/a> almost had a misstep during her return to <\/span>Dancing With the Stars<\/span><\/em><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n One week after <\/span>missing the season 34 premiere<\/span><\/a> of the ABC competition series, the judge narrowly avoided a wardrobe malfunction while praising contestant <\/span>Whitney Leavitt<\/strong> and <\/span>her partner <\/span>Mark Ballas<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 cha-cha to <\/span>Wild Cherry<\/strong>\u2019s song \u201cPlay That Funky Music.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cLast week you just lit up this ballroom, you just set this competition on fire,\u201d Carrie Ann told the <\/span>Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/span><\/em><\/a> star during the Sept. 23 episode. \u201cAnd this week, you have done the same.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Then, while telling Whitney she was \u201clike an engine,\u201d the 57-year-old, who donned a low-cut silver dress, stood up and twirled her head while making engine noises. The movement caused her dress to slide over, leading Carrie Ann to say at the end of her critiques, \u201cOh, hi boob pad!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Though the judge\u2019s near-wardrobe malfunction on live TV happened in the middle of the broadcast, the beginning of her return to <\/span>Dancing With the Stars <\/span><\/em>went off without a hitch. <\/span><\/p>\n More from E!
