Something rare<\/a> is headed to the Georgia Theatre this fall<\/a>, and it\u2019s already stirring up talk across town<\/a>.<\/p>\n The iconic venue in Athens, at 215 N Lumpkin St., has announced a show that blends the past, present, and future of American rock music, all under one roof, on one unforgettable night.<\/p>\n The freshly-formed group Howl Owl Howl will take the stage in what\u2019s being billed as more than just a concert, but a convergence.<\/p>\n The lineup reads like a dream team: Darius Rucker, Mike Mills, and Steve Gorman, each a giant in their own right, now flying together.<\/p>\n Rucker is the frontman of Hootie & the Blowfish and a solo country star. Mills is a founding member of Athens-born legends R.E.M.
