It has filed a lawsuit seeking a court order that the commercial doesn\u2019t violate any of Disney\u2019s rights.<\/p>\n<p>The filing follows Disney in July suing a jewelry company whose product designs incorporate Steamboat Willie\u2018s Mickey Mouse, though it appears as if it\u2019s trying pass off the merchandise as coming from the entertainment giant.
