It was revealed that Cipher has mind-control abilities as he hijacked Jordan\u2019s mind to incite a fight in the ring.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">But without Compound-V being the source of such powers, we can\u2019t help but wonder what the source of Cipher\u2019s abilities is.
