NEW ORLEANS (WGNO<\/a>) \u2014 In less than two weeks, superstar Taylor Swift <\/a>will release her 12th studio album, \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl.\u201d<\/p>\n Arnaud\u2019s Restaurant<\/a> in the French Quarter is ready to celebrate the album\u2019s debut with a special \u201cswiftie\u201d style brunch.<\/p>\n WGNO\u2019s Kenny Lopez<\/a> shows us what\u2019s in store!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n On Friday, Oct. 3, Arnaud\u2019s will host the three-course brunch with lots of fun in store.<\/p>\n \u201cWe got glitter from Glitter Up NOLA, and we\u2019ll have a fabulous entrance from Element event rentals, and of course we will have table decor and costumes, and a delicious menu offering our classic dishes and a few new menu items,\u201d Kaitlyn Rodgers, Director of Sales at Arnaud\u2019s Restaurant said.<\/p>\n Metairie Target hosting midnight release for Taylor Swift\u2019s \u2018The Life of a Showgirl\u2019 album <\/a><\/p>\n Rodgers showed us an example of some of the table decor.<\/p>\n \u201cToday we have table decor by Foley Fetes. Very creative, very on-theme, We love the orange and blue theme. We\u2019ve got fans and Taylor Swift 12 champagne flutes. We even got a football here to honor Taylor\u2019s new fiance\u00e9, Travis Kelce,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n At this lunch, fans will get to listen to Swift\u2019s new album, \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl,\u201d and you\u2019ll get the Swift star treatment.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s exciting for us. We love Taylor Swift around here. It brings us back to when she was in town last October and just how positive the vibes were and just how happy everyone was,\u201d Rodgers said.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n \u201cWe are happy to provide three \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d inspired desserts. We have an apricot, layers of sponge soaked with apricot liquor, and we have a chai creme brulee. Word on the street is that Taylor\u2019s favorite dessert is chai snickerdoodles. We will also be serving a gluten-free, three layer chocolate dessert,\u201d Alyxandria Abreu, Pastry Chef at Arnaud\u2019s Restaurant said.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Taylor Swift\u2019s \u2018The Official Release Party of a Showgirl\u2019 to play at Prytania Theatre in New Orleans <\/a><\/p>\n And of course, they\u2019ll be shaking it off at their French 75 Bar.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n \u201cWe are making a variation on one of Taylor\u2019s favorite cocktails, the French Blonde. We are doing gin or vodka and we have blonde orange puree, honey, Aperol, and a little bit of genapi liquor with champagne and glitter on top. Get some sparkle and get some showgirl pizzazz,\u201d Christoph Dornemann, Bar Manager at Arnaud\u2019s French 75 Bar said.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n The Prytania Theatre<\/a> at Canal Place will also be celebrating the release of Taylor Swift\u2019s new album.
