With credit for good behavior, that would mean he would be released immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors have suggested that they believe he should spend at least several more years behind bars, although they haven&#8217;t submitted their sentencing recommendations to the judge yet.<\/p>\n<p>The judge has signaled that he, too, is leaning toward a substantial amount of prison time, twice <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/sean-diddy-combs-sentencing-bail-1be1b112e1296129baecf75a4b7a2d44\">refusing to grant bail<\/a> since the jury returned its verdict, citing Combs&#8217; history of violence.<\/p>\n<p>Combs was <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/sean-combs-diddy-trial-jury-deliberations-a9358ff8917e96874f027872e07cd9a5\">acquitted<\/a> of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges that could have led to a life sentence, but convicted of arranging interstate travel for people engaged in prostitution.
