Sister Wives<\/em><\/a> star Kody Brown<\/strong><\/a> used his time on Special Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Test<\/em><\/a> to share some of his wisdom on how men compare to women.<\/p>\n

In Us Weekly<\/em>\u2018s exclusive clip<\/a> from the Thursday, September 25, episode of the hit Fox series, Kody opens up about his strategy for making it as far as possible in the competition.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am going to say this at the risk of sounding sexist,\u201d he says in a confessional. \u201cI think men want to be respected and women want to be loved. I don\u2019t care if you love me, but I care if you respect me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kody, 56, is one of many reality TV stars making up<\/a> the season 4 cast of Special Forces<\/em>. The competition also features Jussie Smollett, Brittany Cartwright, Eric Decker, Jessie James Decker, Johnny Manziel, Chanel Iman, Nick Young, Ravi Patel, Brianna LaPaglia, Andrew East, Shawn Johnson East, Randall Cobb<\/strong> and Teresa Giudice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSpecial Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Test pushes celebrities to their limits \u2014 and season 4 will be no different. The reality show puts athletes, reality TV stars, musicians and more through a series of tests that the real United States Special Forces completes to become part of the military. While there are no eliminations during the [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Special Forces<\/em>, which premiered in 2023, puts contestants through harsh, military-style training based on actual Special Forces<\/em> selection processes. They face intense physical and mental challenges designed to push their limits.<\/p>\n

Before the premiere, Kody exclusively opened up to Us<\/em> about some of the battles<\/a> he personally faced while competing.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere was one time when my muscles gave out,\u201d he said earlier this month. \u201cWe were supposed to be swinging across monkey bars, and I had sand on my hands, and I couldn\u2019t cup the monkey bars. I just didn\u2019t have the strength anymore to do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kody recalled the Directing Staff (DS) instructors trying to haze the recruits.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tMore than a dozen new recruits are trying their hand at Special Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Test season 4. Season 4 of the series returns to Fox on September 25, featuring reality TV alums including The Real Housewives of New Jersey\u2019s Teresa Giudice and her daughter Gia Giudice, The Valley\u2019s Brittany Cartwright and Sister Wives\u2019 Kody [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t even know what they call the punishment,\u201d he shared. \u201cWe\u2019re standing and I\u2019ve been in this water, and I started to shiver. I don\u2019t want the DS [to see] that. I don\u2019t want them seeing any signs of weakness because they\u2019ll play on that.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Kody, he leaned into a fake wheeze<\/a> to make it seem like he was hitting his limit.<\/p>\n
