Amazon Music kicks off Country Music Month this week with a month-long slate of specially-curated content celebrating the best in country music.<\/p>\n

To kick off the celebration, Amazon Music will release four brand new Amazon Music originals, including Kane Brown<\/strong>\u2019s reimagined marching band version of his track, \u201c2 Pair (Game Day Version)\u201d<\/a> out today.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love that my fans have made \u20182 Pair\u2019 the song of the summer\u2014so how about a version for the football season with a drumline and marching band?\u201d says Brown. \u201cHope this gets you pumped up. Go Dawgs!\u201d<\/p>\n

Additional Country Music Month Amazon Music originals include Noeline Hofmann<\/strong>\u2018s cover of Guy Clark\u2019s \u201cDublin Blues,\u201d which will be released on Oct. 3; Tucker Wetmore\u2019<\/strong>s cover of The Georgia Satellites\u2019 \u201cKeep Your Hands To Yourself,\u201d releasing Oct. 10; and Carter Faith<\/strong>\u2018s cover of Addison Rae\u2019s \u201cFame Is A Gun,\u201d out Oct. 21.<\/p>\n

Amazon Music is making history as the first streaming service to curate a takeover of the Grand Ole Opry, featuring performances by Lauren Alaina, Dan + Shay, Russell Dickerson<\/strong>, Carter Faith, Noeline Hofmann and Lainey Wilson<\/strong> on Oct. 21. The themed Opry show will be hosted by Amber Anderson<\/strong> and Kelly Sutton<\/strong> of the Country Heat Weekly<\/em> podcast. Streaming on the Amazon Music channel on Twitch, Prime Video and the Amazon Music app, the celebration of Country Music Month and the Opry\u2019s 100th anniversary will transform the iconic Opry barn from its iconic red to \u201cCountry Heat\u201d orange during the special show. Carter Faith will also debut her Amazon Music Original cover of \u201cFame Is A Gun\u201d during the broadcast.<\/p>\n

Country has long been a top performing genre on Amazon Music, and the \u201cCountry Heat\u201d brand recently achieved a major milestone, surpassing 30 billion streams in the U.S. alone since its 2016 launch.<\/p>\n
