It\u2019s the era of pop-ups as New York City Swifties will get the chance to usher in Taylor Swift\u2019s newest album with an immersive three-day event.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Life of a Showgirl: A Spotify Experience\u201d<\/a> will launch on Tuesday at a yet-to-be announced location, and run through Oct. 2, the music streamer announced Thursday. Entry will be open from noon to 9 p.m. each day, and available on a first come, first served basis.<\/p>\n

The promo will enable fans \u201cto discover hidden Easter eggs and capture exclusive photo moments,\u201d all inspired by Swift\u2019s upcoming 12th studio album, Spotify said. \u201cIt\u2019s a chance for listeners to experience the next era before it officially arrives\u201d on Oct. 3, \u201csurrounded by the music and visuals that have shaped their anticipation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Spotify stipulated that the 35-year-old Grammy winner<\/a> will not be in attendance at the event.<\/p>\n

Swift announced \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d in mid-August during her record-breaking podcast debut<\/a> on now-fianc\u00e9 Travis Kelce\u2019s \u201cNew Heights.\u201d<\/a> The album news was quickly overshadowed by that of the couple\u2019s engagement<\/a>, which they confirmed at the end of the month.<\/p>\n

Just last week, Swift announced a theatrical \u201crelease party\u201d for the album<\/a>, in the form of an 89-minute film that will start simultaneously across American time zones at 3 p.m. ET on Oct. 3 and and run through Oct. 5.<\/p>\n

Included in the movie will be album commentary, lyric videos and the video for \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia,\u201d as well as behind-the-scenes footage.<\/p>\n

Much like the theatrical screenings of Swift\u2019s historic Eras Tour, AMC theaters announced that guests are encouraged \u201cto sing and dance\u201d during the event, which will also make its way to over 100 countries in total throughout October.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
