Ice Spice has shared a new single, \u201cBaddie Baddie.\u201d The rousing track was produced by the rapper\u2019s longtime collaborator RiotUSA and samples M.I.A.\u2019s 2012 hit \u201cBad Girls.\u201d<\/p>\n
The song is Ice Spice\u2019s first solo release since she dropped Y2K!:\u00a0I\u2019m Just A Girl (Deluxe)\u00a0last December. The album added five new songs to her July 2024 LP Y2K!,\u00a0including \u201cHannah Montana\u201d featuring NLE Choppa and DaBaby.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, she teamed up with<\/a> Latto on \u201cGyatt,\u201d which marked the first collaboration between the two rappers and effectively squashed rumors of the pair\u2019s feud. She also made her film debut<\/a> in Spike Lee\u2019s most recent film,\u00a0Highest 2 Lowest, starring Denzel Washington and A$AP Rocky.<\/p>\n Earlier this year, Ice Spice told Rolling Stone<\/a> her creative process has stayed the same throughout her career. \u201cEverything kind of changes a little bit slowly throughout the years, but, it\u2019s pretty consistent,\u201d she said. \u201cOr, like, I have things that I do that I\u2019m comfortable with. I take a lot of breaks in between recording songs. So I don\u2019t just, sit and go through it. I get up, do things, eat, or whatever, and then come back to it the next day.\u201d<\/p>\n She added of making music, \u201cI usually get into the studio and pull up some beats that I already know that I kind of vibe with, and I like to just start coming up with the top line.
