The <\/span>Seed Sounds Weekender<\/span><\/a>, a new festival celebrating the UK\u2019s ‘seed music venues’, has announced a new wave of major hospitality groups confirmed to play live music over the weekend.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n With more than 460 new venues signed up, it\u2019s expected that 1,500-plus pubs, bars and restaurants will be taking part in the UK\u2019s largest multi-venue music festival.<\/span><\/p>\n Presented by live music marketplace GigPig, the festival will bring over 2,000 live performances to pubs, bars, restaurants and hotels across 20 UK towns and cities from September 26-28, 2025. The event, backed by The 1975 frontman and festival ambassador <\/span>Matty Healy<\/span><\/a>, is designed to raise awareness of the hospitality sector’s vital role in supporting the UK\u2019s music scene.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIt’s incredibly exciting to see major operators like Urban Pubs & Bars, Shepherd Neame, and Individual Restaurants embrace this movement with such incredible momentum,\u201d said Kit Muir-Rogers, co-founder of <\/span>GigPig<\/span><\/a>. \u201cThis isn’t just a handful of venues; it’s a significant show of support from the hospitality sector for the musical talent it so often nurtures. We\u2019re thrilled to have them onboard.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Launch partner New World Trading Company has also announced that they will be transforming their flagship venue in Manchester, Oast House, into the main stage for the Seeds Sound Weekender.
