He finally made his dreams come true and launched Soft Bar + Cafe. His vision for a mocktail and coffee hotspot came to him several seasons ago, and he worked very hard to make this a reality. A few seasons ago when he was still with fianc\u00e9 <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.realitytea.com\/tag\/lindsay-hubbard\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Lindsay Hubbard;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Lindsay Hubbard<\/a>, he told her of his vision for a mocktail bar. And she shut that idea down with a quickness. But he kept with it, and the rest of the Summer House crew remained positive and supported him throughout his journey.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Recently, Carl <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/tv\/articles\/carl-radke-hosts-soft-launch-185121044.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:had a soft launch;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\">had a soft launch<\/a> for Soft Bar + Cafe and described the vibe. He said, \u201cWe wanted to build a spot where the drinks are high-quality and intentionally crafted, the vibe feels good, and people can connect without alcohol. At the end of the day, it\u2019s about bringing people together and celebrating great flavors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">And his castmate, Ciara, gave two thumbs up on the flavors. <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bravotv.com\/the-daily-dish\/ciara-miller-supports-carl-radke-soft-bar-cafe\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Bravo\u2019s The Daily Dish;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Bravo\u2019s The Daily Dish<\/a> reported that she stopped by the newly opened hot spot and gave her feedback.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Ciara posted on Instagram, \u201cYes! So proud of @carlradke. If I had to make one suggestion I would put a photo of myself in there, but it\u2019s a new establishment so we\u2019re just getting warmed up! No but seriously the best matcha and drinks, definitely go visit!! @softbarcafe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">It\u2019s good to see that Ciara and Carl are still friends. There was an awkward moment during Season 9, Episode 12, when <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.realitytea.com\/2025\/04\/30\/summer-house-season-9-episode-12-recap-pillow-fight\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Carl shoot his shot;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Carl shoot his shot<\/a> with her. Ciara shut him down but stayed positive, just like with her review of Carl\u2019s Soft Bar.
