At one point, .Paak drops kisses on Carey\u2019s knuckles as she flashes him a smile. Later, Carey grabs his face, seemingly to wipe something off his cheek.<\/p>\n<p>Carey dropped the track on Friday, September 26, after teasing the collaboration <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/mariah-carey-addresses-relationship-status-with-anderson-paak\/\">during an interview<\/a> with <strong>Gayle King<\/strong> on <em>CBS Mornings<\/em> earlier this week. He just grabs my hand. I don\u2019t know what he\u2019s doing,\u201d Carey said with a laugh. \u201cHe\u2019s [in] a hand-holding club. They met working last summer, and he has always been a huge fan and looked up to her,\u201d an insider exclusively told <em>Us<\/em> in March. \u201cTheir dates have been very far apart because of schedules, but it\u2019s been going on a few months.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A second source told <em>Us<\/em> that the duo are \u201cfull-on dating,\u201d adding, \u201cTheir relationship started in the studio as they were working on new music together, and it quickly turned romantic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While Carey was \u201cnever anticipating\u201d a romance, the second insider said she was \u201cpleasantly surprised\u201d with how charming .Paak \u2014 who \u201cwon [her] over quickly\u201d \u2014 was. \u201cThey have a lot in common and it\u2019s going really well,\u201d the second source told <em>Us<\/em>, noting that they both have children who are teenagers and have \u201cbonded over parenthood and raising kids in today\u2019s day and age.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Carey shares twins Moroccan and Monroe, 14, <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-moms\/news\/mariah-careys-rare-quote-on-coparenting-twins-with-nick-cannon\/\">with ex-husband<strong> Nick Cannon<\/strong><\/a>, whom she wed in 2008.
