portrait of the King has been unveiled at the Scottish Parliament by the Princess Royal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Anne was in Holyrood on Friday where she revealed the photograph of Charles, which was taken in the Sunken Garden of Balmoral Castle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The photo shows the King wearing his own tartan, pictured with anniversary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Holyrood\u2019s Presiding Officer Alison Johnstone joined the Princess Royal for the unveiling.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Ms Johnstone said: \u201cIt was a pleasure to welcome Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal to the Scottish Parliament to unveil this portrait of His Majesty The King.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cThe portrait will hang in the Parliament\u2019s main hall, greeting the many thousands of visitors who come through our doors every hangs in the Parliament\u2019s main hall, having being unveiled by Anne in 2011.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Ms Pilkington said: \u201cIt was an immense honour to be asked
