The space is designed to serve as both a creative hub for local and international artists and an operational base to enhance the company\u2019s support for its roster.<\/p>\n Spanning six floors, the facility includes two high-end recording studios equipped with PMC and Barefoot Sound monitors and synthesizers from Roland, Nord, and Sequential, designed for in-house writing camps.<\/p>\n An event space features an L-Acoustics club-grade sound system with live streaming capabilities and a capacity of around 130 guests.
