Ryan Lochte<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s estranged wife, Kayla Lochte<\/strong><\/a>, accused the Olympian\u2019s new girlfriend of acting inappropriately around their kids, Us Weekly<\/em> can exclusively report.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, September 25, Kayla filed an emergency motion demanding temporary child and spousal support from Ryan, 41, weeks after she demanded sole custody of the kids.<\/p>\n

As part of her motion, Kayla, 34, revealed the information about Ryan\u2019s new \u201cparamour.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cCurrently, [Ryan] is undermining [Kayla] as the mother of their children, as on multiple occasions he has brought his paramour of only a couple months to the minor children\u2019s school to have lunch,\u201d Kayla\u2019s lawyer wrote in court docs. \u201cThe paramour has been witnessed following [one of their kids] down the school hallway in an attempt to hug her, saying \u2018come here, I need a hug,\u2019 despite [the child\u2019s] protests.\u201d<\/p>\n

The lawyer added, \u201c[Ryan] does nothing to eradicate his paramour\u2019s inappropriate behavior.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition, Kayla\u2019s motion said on Wednesday, September 24, Ryan \u201cunilaterally pulled the children from school after sending [Kayla]\u201d a message. She said she asked where the kids were, \u201cbut [Ryan] refused to answer.\u201d The Sun<\/em><\/a> was the first to report the news.<\/p>\n

In July, Ryan announced he was in a relationship with a woman named Molly<\/strong>. The athlete told the Daily Mail<\/em> there was no infidelity with his new partner and that the romance started after he was served divorce papers.<\/p>\n

Ryan adamantly denied the accusations when contacted by Us<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs I acknowledged earlier this week, after my car accident in 2023, I fell into a cycle of depression that led to substance abuse,\u201d Ryan told Us<\/em>. \u201cI am not denying that I used drugs in my home, but I adamantly deny ever using drugs in front of or around my children, and I have never driven them while intoxicated.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ryan continued, \u201cAt times, I would rest in my truck instead of going inside \u2014 not because I was impaired, but because the home environment had become overwhelming and very toxic, and I needed a moment to collect myself before walking in.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI have tried desperately to keep these divorce proceedings private and sealed, not to protect myself, but to protect my children from fabricated allegations that could hurt them,\u201d he added. \u201cUnfortunately, despite that effort, my ex-wife chose to make this matter public, knowing I was already in intensive rehab.\u201d<\/p>\n
