Naparlo, who was named to Billboard\u2019s Women in Music, has two decades of experience in live entertainment including working for Live Nation, William Morris Endeavor, and Red Light Management. She most recently spent more than a decade with Legends | ASM Global (now known as Legends Global)\u00a0 where she served as Regional Director of Booking and oversaw programming and budgets for major venues across the Southeast.\u00a0<\/p>\n
This week\u2019s announcement notes that Naparlo is \u201cknown for her ability to spot growth opportunities and maximize venue potential,\u201d while building trusted relationships with promoters, managers and agents. As Regional Director of Booking she spent the majority of her time on Richmond, Virginia, venues and her \u201cleadership at the Carpenter Theatre and Altria Theater transformed the market into a major national tour stop increasing the Carpenter\u2019s show count by 76% and tripling comedy programming at the Altria in just two years.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
Naparlo\u2019s career highlights also include founding Nightowl Promotions, which boasts a merchandise and independent promotions division. The company has partnered with major brands including Live Nation, Walmart, Hilton, and A&E Networks. And she\u2019s routed and promoted Louis C.K.\u2019s U.S. and Mexico dates from 2019 through 2026.<\/p>\n
