ORLANDO, Fla. \u2014 The premiere of \u201cEpic Ride: The Story of Universal Theme Parks\u201d<\/a> docuseries has been delayed. The three-part series, produced for the Peacock streaming service, is now scheduled to debut Nov. 17.<\/p>\n The series, originally set to be seen starting in July, had previously been pushed to Sept. 29. No reason has been announced for the schedule changes.<\/p>\n A previous one-hour special named \u201cInside the World of Epic Universe\u201d<\/a> remains available on Peacock.<\/p>\n The upcoming docuseries includes interviews with directors, producers, executives and celebrities, according to a Peacock description.<\/p>\n \u201cThe series will explore Universal\u2019s iconic film and theme park history as well as provide an exclusive behind-the-scenes countdown to the opening of its groundbreaking new theme park, Universal Epic Universe<\/a>,\u201d it continues.<\/p>\n Epic Universe opened about 2 miles southeast of Universal Orlando\u2019s first two theme parks, Islands of Adventure<\/a> and Universal Studios Florida<\/a>, on May 22.<\/p>\n Promotional materials for \u201cEpic Ride\u201d indicate appearances by Steven Spielberg<\/a>, actress Bryce Dallas Howard<\/a> and John Chu<\/a>, who all appeared in \u201cInside the World of Epic Universe.\u201d<\/p>\n Universal\u2019s theme parks, Peacock and NBC<\/a> are all part of the Comcast<\/a> corporate family.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
