One of the stars of the \u201cFriday Night Lights\u201d<\/a> television show is shooting a new movie in Texas.<\/p>\n Taylor Kitsch<\/a>, who played Tim Riggins in the Texas-set series, leads the hostage thriller \u201c11 Days,<\/a>\u201d<\/b> which also stars Diego Luna and Jason Isaacs. The movie is based on William T. Harper\u2019s book \u201cEleven Days in Hell: The 1974 Carrasco Prison Siege at Huntsville, Texas.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201c11 Days\u201d director Peter Landesman announced on Instagram this week<\/a> that production has started.<\/p>\n \u201cIn 1974 Texas, a prison warden faces off against a drug dealer whose failed escape attempt turns into a tense 11-day hostage crisis, challenging everyone\u2019s moral boundaries as the standoff intensifies,\u201d the film\u2019s logline reads.<\/p>\n Texas-based Legacy Casting is working on the film and has released several casting calls for the project, which is filming in Huntsville.<\/p>\n Prison guards<\/a> and tactical troopers<\/a> are needed for filming on Sept. 29. Both of these jobs pay $100 for eight hours of work.<\/p>\n Inmates<\/a> and family members of inmates<\/a> are needed for filming a day later on Sept. 30. Kitchen prison guards<\/a> are also needed for scenes on the same day. Extras are also needed to play tower prison guards<\/a> on the same day for the same rate.<\/p>\n On Oct. 2, Legacy needs folks to portrays boardroom meeting attendees<\/a> in a scene. The job pays $100 for eight hours of work.<\/p>\n Finally, Legacy is looking for around 50 men to portray prison inmates<\/a> in a scene on Oct. 6.
