Witney Carson<\/a> isn\u2019t just teaching Robert Irwin<\/a> how to dance during the new season of Dancing With the Stars<\/a><\/em> \u2014 she\u2019s also managing his dating life, it seems!<\/p>\n In an Instagram video<\/a> Irwin shared on Friday, he and Carson enter a rehearsal studio to the tune of Cali Swag District\u2019s \u201cTeach Me How to Dougie.\u201d But instead of getting down to the choreo of the week, Carson has Irwin fork over his phone.<\/p>\n \u201cComing in hot to check Robert\u2019s DMs,\u201d the on-screen caption reads, as Carson casts a skeptical look at his phone screen.<\/p>\n In his Instagram caption, Irwin wrote, \u201cWitney taking the wingman job very seriously\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n The funny clip comes a few days after Irwin told E! News<\/a> he\u2019s single during a post-DWTS<\/em> taping interview.<\/p>\n \u201cYeah, we are still looking for the American girl,\u201d he said, before turning to Carson. \u201cYou have been helping. Thank you.\u201d<\/p>\n Carson explained, \u201cWell, you know, you have to kind of go through a screening process. Submit your applications through my DMs, and then I will forward them to Bindi<\/a> [Irwin<\/a>, Robert\u2019s sister]. News of his number one hope for a partner following the show\u2019s Sept. 23 episode. \u201cThat\u2019s so important. I think you need to surround yourself with people who are genuinely kind.\u201d<\/p>\n Robert, son of the late Steve Irwin<\/a>, also explained that his life is a whirlwind and an adventure. \u201cI would love to be able to share that with someone and to share those little moments,\u201d he added. \u201cAnd I have a lot of great role models in the love department and a lot of people I look up to and go, \u2018Wow, you guys, couples goals.\u2019 So I want to find that, but it\u2019s something you kind of can\u2019t rush. It just has to happen, and you\u2019ve got to be open to that.
