Dick Van Dyke tooked as strong as ever as he flexed his muscles while working out<\/a> in the gym this week.<\/p>\n The Mary Poppins actor,<\/a> who is 99 years old, was in the middle of a workout when Rick Springfield, 76, stopped by the same gym to film with Men’s Health and ran into him.<\/p>\n The iconic entertainer, who won six Emmy Awards, a Grammy Award<\/a> and a Tony Award during his legendary career, showed his strength as he worked out on every machine, Rick revealed, just months after sparking concern among fans as he became ill and had to drop out of a comedy event.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n The Jessie’s Girl singer uploaded a photo of himself and Dick on Instagram showing both of them flexing their muscles.<\/p>\n “Filming an episode of Men’s Health and I went to the gym and who should be there but 99 year-old Dick Van Dyke working out on every machine,” Rick captioned the post.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n One commented, “Love that man. God bless him.” Another said, “He is so amazing. What a great photo.”<\/p>\n A third wrote, “Awesome! I love both of those handsome guys!” Someone else added, “Love this so much!!!”<\/p>\n Dick, who is turning 100 in December, opened up about his fitness regme on an episode of the Where Everybody Knows Your Name podcast back in January.<\/p>\n He said, “When you think… I go back to 1925, I’m almost 100. This is insane. I’m going to have a big party.<\/p>\n “Somebody said, ‘To what do you attribute your age and physical condition?’ And I said, ‘I’ve always exercised.’ Three days a week, we go to the gym, still. Three days a week.'”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n In June, Dick was due to to host Vandy Camp at the Arlene & Dick Van Dyke Theater at Malibu High School in California<\/a>, appearing alongside his wife, Arlene Silver.<\/p>\n However, guests were surprised when he didn’t appear on stage<\/a> – and addressing the crowd, Arlene admitted it wasn’t “the Van Dyke you’re expecting.”<\/p>\n
