Candace Cameron Bure <\/strong>is loving life away from Hollywood.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, September 25, the former Full House<\/em> star, 49, did a Q&A on her Instagram Story where she explained why she decided to move out of Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

\u201cI still love SoCal, but L.A. is certainly not the same since growing up there and especially since 2020,\u201d Bure wrote on top of a scenic snap taken outdoors.<\/p>\n

\u201cI also love living in a smaller town where people really do know your name (not because I\u2019m on tv.),\u201d the Dancing with the Stars<\/em> alum continued.<\/p>\n

In April 2024, Bure further discussed why she left L.A. with Fox News<\/a><\/em>, citing safety as \u201cthe biggest reason,\u201d as she noted her family experienced \u201cquite a few problems over the years\u201d with fans on their property.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot everyone in Hollywood lives behind guard gates, and we weren\u2019t behind gates,\u201d she told the outlet.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s amazing what people feel they can do. And wanting to be a part of your life in some way. Some of it is innocent, some of it wasn\u2019t,\u201d the former child star remarked. \u201cBut it\u2019s quite unnerving when you\u2019re just trying to be a person and live life, and you don\u2019t know what\u2019s around the corner.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former Fuller House<\/em> star<\/a> also told Fox that she resides elsewhere in California now, but didn\u2019t share her exact location.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
