British singer Lola Young collapsed on stage today while in the midst of performing during the All Things Go Music Festival in New York City.<\/p>\n
Young, 24, was in the midst of singing her song, \u201cConceited\u201d when she collapsed. She was then carried off-stage by a medical team, People reported<\/a>. <\/p>\n Singer\/songwriter Remi Wolf addressed the crowd later, letting them know Young was alright. <\/p>\n \u201cThat was really [expletive] scary.\u201d Wolf said, \u201cMy friend Lola is backstage, and she is okay.\u201d<\/p>\n The incident happened a day after Young\u2019s performance on Friday was canceled by her team \u201cdue to a sensitive matter.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cLola is very open about her mental health and there are very occasionally days where myself and my team have to take protective measures to keep her safe,\u201d manager Nick Shymansky wrote about the cancelation, per Billboard<\/a>. \u201cShe is an incredible person and always takes her fans, career and performances seriously.
