General Hospital fans have been given a slew of flashbacks as the ABC soap pays tribute to Leslie Charleson<\/a><\/strong> and her iconic character Monica.<\/p>\n While the show had plenty of flashbacks during Monica\u2019s memorial, others are going viral online. Some of those features include Charleson with\u00a0Billy Miller<\/strong>, both when he took over the role of Jason and when he originated the role of Drew, Jason’s long-lost twin.<\/p>\n One X user has been on fire, sharing old scenes to remind fans of just how good Miller and Charleson were on-screen. Fans will recall Miller was brought in as a Jason recast in 2012 after Steve Burton<\/strong> opted to leave the show.<\/p>\n There is one video that focuses on Miller as new Jason right after he got his memory back. It shows Monica talking to Drew, who just made an anonymous donation to charity.<\/p>\n Drew felt like an outcast when it was revealed he wasn\u2019t really Jason, and Miller added so much depth to the character\u2019s pain. Charleson was stellar, per usual, as Monica gave Drew some much-needed advice.<\/p>\n \u201cOne of my favorite scenes with #BillyMiller & #LeslieCharleson : A reflection of Billy’s true nature. He was was kind, generous & giving as he donated to many charities, especially for children. Never advertising it, never looking for attention\u2764\ufe0f\u201d was the caption on the X.<\/p>\n Miller exited General Hospital<\/em> in 2019 when Drew was presumed dead in a plane crash. In 2021, Drew was discovered alive, but this time with Cameron Mathison<\/strong> in the role.<\/p>\n Fans are not fond of Mathison\u2019s Drew at all because the character has become despicable. As Parade<\/a><\/em> reported, Mathison has earned a lot of backlash for his character\u2019s actions.<\/p>\n The throwbacks of Charleson and Miller are even more special in light of both their passings.
