\n Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco<\/a> have tied the knot.\n <\/p>\n \n The famed couple, who have reportedly been seeing each other since 2023 \u2013 shared vows at a private event over the weekend, according to a post shared<\/a> by Gomez on social media.\n <\/p>\n \n Grammy- and Emmy-nominated singer-actor Gomez and Blanco, a decorated record producer with clients including his new bride, went public with their relationship last year.\n <\/p>\n \n In December, Gomez announced they were engaged<\/a> via Instagram<\/a>, writing: \u201cforever begins now.\u201d\n <\/p>\n \n The pair first met in 2015, when Blanco co-produced Gomez\u2019s single \u201cSame Old Love,\u201d and they have since collaborated on her 2019 hit \u201cI Can\u2019t Get Enough\u201d and \u201cSingle Soon\u201d in 2023.\n <\/p>\n \n Earlier this year, they released their first joint album, \u201cI Said I Love You First.\u201d\n <\/p>\n \n In a March appearance on Jay Shetty\u2019s podcast<\/a>, Gomez explained how she went from being protective of her heart to completely falling for Blanco.\n <\/p>\n \n \u201cWhen Benny looks at me I don\u2019t think he sees anything but who I am and that\u2019s very rare to find,\u201d she said of Blanco, who she called her \u201cbest friend.\u201d\n <\/p>\n \n As for Blanco, his TikTok<\/a> has often featured him cooking for Gomez (he makes her cheesesteak hot pockets from scratch), and he never misses an opportunity to praise her.\n <\/p>\n \n \u201cIt\u2019s so cool to watch you be completely on your on path and not worried about what else is happening,\u201d he told Gomez in a video shared on Facebook by Billboard. <\/a>\u201cI feel like just your energy, your thought process and the way you\u2019ve moved through the world as a woman I feel like has given other women so much\u2026has given so much confidence.\u201d\n <\/p>\n \n A longtime friend of Gomez\u2019s, Taylor Swift commented on her engagement announcement on social media in December, writing at the time, \u201cyes I will be the flower girl.\u201d\n <\/p>\n
