Superstar <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/rajinikanth\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\">Rajinikanth<\/a> posted on his X page, &#8220;The news of the loss of innocent lives is heartbreaking. My deepest condolences to the families of the deceased. I pray to God for the speedy recovery of the injured.&#8221; Similarly, Kamal Haasan also expressed his condolences. He said, &#8220;The news coming from Karur is heartbreaking. I express my deepest condolences to the families of the deceased. The loss of so many lives, including children, is heartbreaking. May the souls of the deceased rest in peace and may their families find solace.&#8221; Actor Vadivelu had said, &#8220;I was moved to tears upon hearing this news. I wish the injured a speedy recovery. The affected families should receive our emotional and practical support,&#8221; he said.
