Ayra Starr is one of the biggest global-breakout Afrobeats success stories, with reports this week citing a new milestone: three billion streams on Spotify<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She\u2019s following in the footsteps of peers including Tems, Rema and Davido, although the biggest Afrobeats stars by this metric remain Wizkid (9bn Spotify streams) and Burna Boy (8.5bn).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Starr currently has just over 18 million monthly listeners on the streaming service<\/a>.
