Jennifer Lopez<\/strong> is opening up about how she \u201cbarely\u201d managed to deal with her 2024 split from Ben Affleck<\/strong> after their whirlwind second-chance romance.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was a really tough time,\u201d the actress \u2014 who was making her new musical movie, Kiss of the Spider Woman<\/em>, at the time \u2014 told CBS Sunday Morning<\/em><\/a> in an interview that aired on Sunday, September 28.<\/p>\n \u201cEvery moment on set, I was so happy and then back home it was not great. And it was just like, \u2018How do I reconcile this?\u2019 But you get through it,\u201d Lopez explained.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd you know, honestly, I have to say, it was the best thing that ever happened to me, because it helped me grow in a way I needed to grow, become more self aware,\u201d the 56-year-old continued. \u201cI\u2019m a different person<\/a> than I was last year, I think.\u201d<\/p>\n After dating from 2002 to 2004, Lopez<\/a> and Affleck, 53, got back together in 2021 and he became her fourth husband in 2022.
