Clever Creature<\/a> has optioned remake rights to three titles from the Roger and Julie Corman<\/a> library through its sister company Fast Motion Films<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Toronto-based distribution outfit will reimagine \u201cThe Haunting<\/a>\u201d (1992), \u201cThe Terror Within<\/a>\u201d (1989) and \u201cBattle Queen 2020<\/a>\u201d (2001) for contemporary audiences, with each film planned for both traditional 2D theatrical release and immersive formats.<\/p>\n

The deal was finalized during the Toronto Film Festival and structured between Fast Motion Films Inc. and Ace Film Hk Limited Entertainment, with Clever Creature leading international sales efforts. Hong Kong producer Mike Leeder<\/a> brokered the agreement. China-based Ace Film Hk Company Limited and Shout! Studios<\/a>, a Radial Entertainment company, control select titles from Corman\u2019s New Horizon library.<\/p>\n
