\n\tUPDATED, 8:16 AM: <\/strong>Disney<\/a> has unveiled a new trailer for Zootopia 2<\/a>, the anticipated follow-up to its Oscar-winning 2016 animated feature Zootopia, starring Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman, which features an all-new song by Shakira<\/a> and Ed Sheeran<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Shakira-performed tune, titled \u201cZoo<\/a>,\u201d will aim to recapture the magic of the original film\u2019s \u201cTry Everything, which has been streamed 2.7 billion times worldwide to date. Music and lyrics were written by Sheeran, Blake Slatkin and Shakira, who produced alongside Alex \u201cA.C.\u201d Castillo. The single releases October 10. In addition to contributing the song, Shakira reprises her Zootopia role of pop star Gazelle in the sequel, with Sheeran and Slatkin making cameos as a pair of sheep aptly named Ed Shearin and Baalake Lambkin.<\/p>\n

\n\tReleasing November 26, Zootopia 2 reunites us with rookie animal cops Judy Hopps (Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Bateman) as they come face-to-face with a mysterious pit viper, Gary De\u2019Snake (Ke Huy Quan), whose arrival disrupts the balance of the metropolis. Directed by the Oscar-winning team of Disney Animation chief creative officer Jared Bush and Byron Howard and produced by Yvett Merino, the film also features the voices of Andy Samberg, David Strathairn, Macaulay Culkin, Brenda Song, and many more.<\/p>\n

\n\tDirected by the returning Jared Bush and Byron Howard, Zootopia 2<\/em> reunites Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman), the rookie cops from the Zootopia P.D., as they find themselves on the twisting trail of a great mystery when Gary De\u2019Snake (Ke Huy Quan) arrives in Zootopia and turns the animal metropolis upside down. To crack the case, they must go undercover to unexpected new parts of town, where their growing partnership is tested like never before. <\/p>\n
