Legendary entertainer Dolly Parton is postponing six concerts in Las Vegas that were scheduled for later this year.<\/p>\n
The 79-year-old alerted fans in an Instagram<\/a> post on Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n \u201cI want the fans and public to hear directly from me that, unfortunately, I will need to postpone my upcoming Las Vegas concerts. As many of you know, I have been dealing with some health challenges, and my doctors tell me that I must have a few procedures,\u201d she explained to her 7.9 million followers.<\/p>\n She said she joked with doctors that it must be time for her \u201c100,000-mile check-up.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAlthough it\u2019s not the usual trip to see my plastic surgeon!\u201d she said.<\/p>\n \u201cIn all seriousness, given this, I am not going to be able to rehearse and put together the show that I want you to see, and the show that you deserve to see.
