The family show Little House on the Prairie<\/em> has not aired new episodes in over four decades, but it still has a huge legion of fans. Some of the former stars of the show have been sharing fun tidbits of their time working on the series, and Karen Grassle<\/strong> just revealed a great one.<\/p>\n Grassle played the family matriarch, Caroline “Ma” Ingalls, on Little House on the Prairie<\/em>. The series aired from 1974 to 1982. One of her co-stars, Katherine MacGregor<\/strong>, who played Harriet Oleson, became one of Grassle’s favorites to act with, and she explained why.<\/p>\n Little House on the Prairie<\/em> star Dean Butler<\/strong>, who played Almanzo Wilder, recently chatted with Grassle about the show. They shared great memories and stories, and a new TikTok video<\/a> showed them discussing MacGregor.<\/p>\n As fans of the show will remember, Harriet Oleson, who was Nellie Oleson’s mother, was a difficult woman. Ingalls, on the other hand, was very sweet. As they chatted, Grassle and Butler recalled one of the epic “egg scenes” from the show, which Grassle said was “so much fun.”<\/p>\n She recalled that MacGregor was “wonderful to work with,” and she especially liked that they both liked to rehearse. We loved to hate her but couldn’t deny what an incredible actress she was,” one TikTok user admitted.<\/p>\n “LOVE this inside info & scenes discussion bits. Could listen to these interviews for hours. Very precious,” commented a fan.<\/p>\n Someone else wrote, “It’s so nice for me to hear after 50 years of watching that you both really loved Katherine.
