Apple TV+<\/a> has shared the official trailer for Down<\/strong> Cemetery Road<\/strong>, the upcoming mystery thriller led by Academy Award winner Emma Thompson<\/a>. It is based on Slow Horses<\/a> author Mick Herron\u2019s novel of the same name. This marks Thompson\u2019s first major TV project in a long while, after starring in HBO\u2019s 2019 miniseries Years and Years.<\/p>\n The eight-episode series is scheduled to debut on October 29 with the first two episodes. She forms an unlikely duo with a concerned neighbor, who was the one sought out for her help with the case. Together, they must uncover the truth before it\u2019s too late.<\/p>\n Down Cemetery Road is written and executive-produced by Morwenna Banks, with Natalie Bailey serving as the show\u2019s lead director. The ensemble cast includes Ruth Wilson<\/a>, Adeel Akhtar, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, Tom Goodman-Hill, Darren Boyd, Tom Riley, Adam Godley, Sinead Matthews, Ken Nwosu, Fehinti Balogun, and Aiysha Hart.
