For Kid Cudi<\/a>, the time has come to \u201cstep into the shadows\u201d while focusing on his \u201cother dreams.\u201d<\/p>\n Over the weekend, the Free<\/a> artist, whose palette also boasts an ever-expanding variety of film and television projects, shared the track \u201cOnce.\u201d In a note to fans on SoundCloud<\/a>, Cudi said the standalone track, which he produced alongside \u201cmy homie Sebastian,\u201d is intended to serve as \u201ca goodbye for now song.\u201d<\/p>\n This is in line with other recent remarks from Cudi, whose Mad Solar production company recently rolled out a short film for the Free track \u201cMr. Miracle,\u201d co-starring LaKeith Stanfield.
