Just over a month after HGTV confirmed that\u00a0The Flip Off<\/a><\/em> has gotten a Season 2 renewal<\/a>, the show\u2019s stars shared a new update about the status of filming. Tarek El Moussa<\/a> and Heather Rae El Moussa<\/a> teamed up with Christina Haack<\/a> and her boyfriend, Chris Larocca, to share the news in a funny Instagram<\/a> post.<\/p>\n The post originated on Haack\u2019s page, and she captioned it, \u201cFilming the first day of season 2 of The Flip Off!! @clecacheechampagne required<\/p>\n \ufffd\ufffd<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n \ufffd\ufffd<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n \ufffd\ufffd<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n \ufffd\ufffd<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n Ready or not: here we come!\u201d she wrote, promoting her new champagne brand, as well.<\/p>\n In the clip the foursome mouthed along to a scene from\u00a0The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/a><\/em> about being \u201ctipsy\u201d while they sipped on Haack\u2019s product. \u201cDay 1 of filming\u00a0TFO<\/em> Season 2 but Christina\u2019s champagne launched today,\u201d the text over the video read.<\/p>\n Season 1 of\u00a0The Flip Off<\/em> premiered in January 2025, but filming began in June 2024, so the production schedule is a bit behind this year. Still, HGTV confirmed that the new episodes will be coming out in 2026, so hopefully a premiere in the first half of the new year is still plausible.<\/p>\n During Season 1, Haack began the house-flipping competition in a partnership with her then-husband Josh Hall<\/a>. Following their July 2024 separation<\/a>, she took on the El Moussas by herself, although she had help from contractor Michael Lange and her design partner, Kylie Wing. However, it was the El Moussas who had the highest return on investment (ROI) for their property, so they were declared the winners of the competition.<\/p>\n The Flip Off<\/em> managed to survive recent cancellations at HGTV, although some of the Haack and El Moussas\u2019 other shows weren\u2019t as lucky.
