Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> on Monday called \u201cbullshit\u201d on Vice President JD Vance<\/a>, who last week tried to claim the government wasn\u2019t involved in Kimmel getting pulled off the air earlier this month. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Disney brought Kimmel back<\/a> after less than a week, but two companies that own dozens of ABC affiliates continued to block the show. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Vance said those stations refused to carry the show not due to censorship, but because Kimmel\u2019s \u201cnot funny and his ratings aren\u2019t very good.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Shortly after Vance made those comments, both companies announced they would resume carrying the show, and Kimmel was ready with a fact-check for Vance as a result. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cI have some good news for you, J-Dog,\u201d Kimmel fired back. \u201cWe\u2019re back on all the stations, at every home, every bar, every strip club, and every prison in America.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The audience erupted, cheering wildly for about 10 seconds. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cSorry, I didn\u2019t mean to interrupt your bullshit,\u201d Kimmel said as he rolled more footage of Vance insisting \u201cnothing happened\u201d to Kimmel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cHe\u2019s currently on the air, and to the extent that he\u2019s not, it\u2019s because advertisers don\u2019t like him because his ratings aren\u2019t very good,\u201d Vance said. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kimmel offered Vance a reminder on \u201cratings.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cMy ratings aren\u2019t very good? Last time I checked, your ratings were somewhere between a hair in your salad and chlamydia,\u201d Kimmel fired back. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
