Earlier this month, she canceled a scheduled Dollywood appearance after being diagnosed with a kidney stone that developed into an infection.<\/p>\n \u201cThe doctor said, \u2018You don\u2019t need to be travelling right this minute, so you need a few days to get better,\u2019\u201d she explained in a video message to fans at the park.<\/p>\n The postponement comes during a particularly emotional year for Parton. Her husband, Carl Dean, passed away in March<\/a> after nearly 60 years of marriage.
