Lainey Wilson<\/a> will host the 59th Annual CMA Awards<\/a>!<\/p>\nOn Sept. 30, the Country Music Association announced the “4x4xU” singer-songwriter is coming back to the organization’s annual awards show as this year’s sole host \u2014 after she shared the duty with Luke Bryan<\/a> and Peyton Manning<\/a> in 2024.<\/p>\n“I grew up watching the CMA Awards like it was the Super Bowl, so to be hosting for a second year is a true honor,” said Wilson, 33, in a statement.<\/p>\n
The Grammy winner added, “I\u2019m humbled that CMA has trusted me with this role, and I can\u2019t wait to love on this genre that has given me so much.”<\/p>\n
Wilson’s latest album, Whirlwind, came out last year. She’s currently in the midst of her Whirlwind World Tour, which continues its North American leg through November.<\/p>\n

Nominations for this year’s CMA Awards were announced earlier this month.
