Both parents have also agreed to make all \u201cmajor decisions\u201d \u2014 which include education, non-emergency care, religious upbringing and extracurricular activities \u2014 jointly.<\/p>\n<p>However, Kidman and Urban have granted each other permission to make \u201cday-to-day\u201d decisions while the \u201cchild is residing with the parent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 13-page plan also details how the former couple will handle insurance plans, <\/p>\n<p>Kidman and Urban have apparently worked out all of the details of this custody agreement in advance.
