Kelley Wolf<\/strong><\/a> reportedly did not appear in court amid her divorce from Scott Wolf<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n

People<\/em><\/a> confirmed on Tuesday, September 30, that Kelley, 48, was scheduled to be in court related to misdemeanor charges she\u2019s facing, but the judge shared that she was \u201cunable to attend.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prosecutor Wendy Crossland<\/strong> claimed she \u201cbelieves\u201d Kelley is at a treatment center for her mental health. \u201cI have not otherwise had any other contact with Miss Wolf,\u201d Crossland said.<\/p>\n

The judge shared that the court would \u201creset these matters with notice\u201d to Kelley. People<\/em> reported that the next divorce hearing would be held on October 23, with Kelley also receiving a summons to appear in court on November 7 relating to her latest arrest.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKelley Wolf is claiming she\u2019s \u201cmalnourished\u201d amid the drama surrounding her divorce from Scott Wolf. Kelley, 48, shared her thoughts via her Instagram Stories on Monday, September 15, requesting compassion several days after she was charged with allegedly violating a protective order that prohibits contact with Scott, 57, and their three children. \u201cI am going [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kelley announced in June that she and Scott, with whom she shares three children, were separating after 21 years<\/a> of marriage. (The pair welcomed sons Jackson and Miller and daughter Lucy in 2009, 2012 and 2014, respectively.)<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage,\u201d Kelley wrote via Instagram at the time. \u201cThis has been a long, quiet journey for me \u2014 rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children.\u201d<\/p>\n

One day later, Scott broke his silence on the split and shared that he filed for divorce.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cAfter 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,\u201d he told People<\/em> at the time. \u201cOur children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tScott Wolf asked a judge to find his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, in contempt for improperly attempting to enter their home days before she entered rehab, Us Weekly can exclusively report. The Utah judge presiding over Scott and Kelley\u2019s bitter divorce scheduled a hearing for September 10. The hearing comes after Scott, 57, filed court [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In September, news broke that Scott accused her of violating a protective order<\/a> issued by the court the previous month. Kelley allegedly used a \u201cfriend\u2019s phone\u201d to contact one of her sons \u201cthrough a friend\u2019s son,\u201d per documents obtained by Us Weekly.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI am utterly shocked [for] the unabating aggressive use of a legal system and possibly more,\u201d she said in a statement to People<\/em> at the time. \u201c[It] has become almost intolerable to my physical body, my family\u2019s health and well-being period. I\u2019m unclear as to how these things are allowed to be processed. I have [allegedly] been compliant with everything legal, I have said nothing disparaging about anyone at any time. I\u2019d like to also state for anyone who doesn\u2019t seem to understand \u2014 that divorce can take time. Anyone who continues to put pressure on a mother when all she\u2019s doing is fighting for her children is somebody who needs to check themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kelley has since been candid about her mental health, clarifying what she considered to be \u201cmisinformation\u201d earlier this month.<\/p>\n
