On September 30, Nicole Kidman <\/b><\/a>filed for divorce, citing \u201cirreconcilable differences\u201d as the reason for the split, and officially ending her marriage of 19 years to country singer Keith Urban. <\/b>And while it usually can take months \u2014 or even years \u2014 for newly separated couples to hammer out a custody arrangement, the duo have already decided on and formalized plans, according to court documents obtained by Globe<\/em>.<\/p>\n The court documents show that Kidman and Urban<\/a> \u2014 who share Sunday<\/b>, 17, and Faith<\/b>, 14 \u2014 have already signed a \u201cMarital Dissolution Agreement\u201d that includes a parenting plan, child support worksheet and a Parenting Seminar Order.<\/p>\n The parenting plan states the kids will spend 306 days with the Oscar winner and 59 days with the country singer. Both exes agree that all major decisions involving Sunday and Faith, including education and health care, will be made jointly.<\/p>\n Neither Kidman, 58, or Urban, 57, will pay spousal or child support, though Urban has already covered future child support payments.
